Buying Akiya 

Akiya (abandoned house) has been popular all over the world. I've seen many people trying to purchase it. However lots of people don't know how to process because they don't speak Japanese.
 
You can use international real estate companies but it will costs from  1,500,000yen (9,681USD)  to 2,000,000 yen (12,909USD) or more. It's pretty expensive that it ruins the whole point of buying Akiya.
Sadly many people would give up on this.
